• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
• Respond to communications and feedback requests in a timely manner
• Provide necessary content, images, and access credentials as needed
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeline
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

• Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement
• A non-refundable advance payment (typically 30–50%) is required before starting work
• Remaining payments are due upon project milestones or completion as agreed
• Late payments may result in project suspension until payment is received
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables. However, Digambar Chavan retains the right to:

• Display the completed work in his portfolio
• Use general techniques, concepts, and knowledge gained during the project
• Retain ownership of reusable code libraries, frameworks, and tools developed independently

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to incomplete client inputs, scope changes, or unforeseen technical challenges. We will communicate any significant delays promptly. Scope changes or additional features requested after project commencement may incur additional charges and extend the timeline.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digambar Chavan / WebCraftera LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services or Website.

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In the event of termination:

• The client is responsible for payment of work completed up to that point
• Any advance payments for uncompleted work may be partially refundable at our discretion
• All client-provided materials will be returned upon request

When using this Website, you agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
• Submit false or misleading information through forms
• Interfere with the Website's functionality or security
