Advance Payment
All projects require an advance payment (typically 30–50% of the total project cost) before work begins. This advance payment is non-refundable as it covers initial planning, research, resource allocation, and setup costs.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following scenarios:
- Non-delivery: If we fail to deliver the project within the agreed timeline (excluding delays caused by the client), a partial or full refund of the remaining balance may be issued.
- Significant deviation: If the delivered work significantly deviates from the agreed scope and we are unable to rectify it within a reasonable timeframe.
- Mutual agreement: Both parties agree to cancel the project before significant work has commenced.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after work has started or been delivered
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content, delayed feedback, or unavailability)
- Third-party costs already incurred (e.g., domain registration, hosting, premium themes/plugins, stock images)
- Completed and approved milestones
- SEO services — as results depend on multiple external factors and take time to materialize
- Custom development work that has been completed as per the agreed scope
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a project:
- Before work begins: You may cancel with a full refund minus the non-refundable advance payment.
- During development: You will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
- After delivery: No refunds will be issued once the final deliverables have been handed over and approved.
Revision Policy
We offer a reasonable number of revisions (as outlined in the project agreement) to ensure your satisfaction. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. We encourage clients to provide clear and consolidated feedback to minimize revision cycles.
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- We will review your request within 5–7 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes, we encourage open communication to reach a mutually agreeable solution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra, India.
